Cyclone Power Technologies Green Engine Generates Buzz at SAE World Congress

POMPANO BEACH, FL., April 22, 2008 — Cyclone Power Technologies Inc. (Pink Sheets: CYPW) announced the conclusion of a successful week at the Society of Automotive Engineering (SAE) World Congress in Detroit, one of the premier conferences of automotive engineers, executives and suppliers in the world.

“We had some very promising meetings with major automotive manufacturers, military
defense contractors and other large potential licensees of our technology,” stated Harry
Schoell, CEO of Cyclone. “We are extremely encouraged by this response, as should our

Mr. Schoell was also featured on Detroit Channel 2 Fox News and, as previously announced, the company won the AEI Tech 2008 Award which is presented to companies at the SAE World Congress that demonstrate the most innovative products.

Developed by the company’s President and CEO, Harry Schoell, the Cyclone Engine regenerates (or recycles) its heat, which allows it to run cleaner, cooler and more efficiently than traditional internal combustion engines.
